Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Data Solutions Enterprises ("Data Solutions Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website datasolutionsenterprises.com (the "Site"). It also explains the choices and rights available to you.

This policy covers the Site. Our SecuraSail compliance platform (app.securasail.com) requires an account and is additionally governed by the agreements and notices presented within the platform; see Section 8 below.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject line, and message you choose to enter.
  • Email and phone communications. If you email us at support@datasolutionsenterprises.com or call us, we receive the information you include in that communication.

Providing this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide it, you can still browse the Site — you simply won't be able to send us a message through the form.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) automatically records standard web-server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of each request.
  • Hosting performance script. The hosting platform injects a performance-monitoring script into served pages. It reports technical performance information to the hosting provider so the service can be operated and improved.
  • Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and technical request details. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.

1.3 Cookies

We do not set our own advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on the Site. Technical cookies or similar identifiers may be set by the hosting platform's performance monitoring described above. Because we do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, the Site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals — we simply do not track in that sense to begin with.

1.4 Information we do not want you to send

Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient records, or other sensitive personal data through the Site's contact form or by email. The Site is a marketing and informational site and is not designed or intended to receive regulated health data. If our work together involves health data, that exchange happens under a written agreement through appropriately secured channels — not through this Site.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services;
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site, including detecting and preventing abuse, spam, and security incidents;
  • Keep business records of correspondence;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use Site information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Site — for example, our hosting provider (GoDaddy) and our email provider — who may process it only to provide their services to us;
  • For legal reasons, if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Data Solutions Enterprises, our users, or the public;
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving party will be bound by obligations consistent with this policy;
  • With your direction or consent.

4. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard rotation schedules. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 6.

5. Security

Security is our line of business, and we apply it to our own Site. Measures include: the Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (unencrypted requests are redirected); access to the hosting environment is limited to authorized personnel using authenticated, encrypted connections; and we align our internal practices with NIST cybersecurity guidance — the same frameworks our SecuraSail platform helps customers implement. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information — such as the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of certain U.S. states (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended) and of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (under the GDPR/UK GDPR) have specific statutory rights.

Because the Site collects so little, honoring these requests is usually simple: email support@datasolutionsenterprises.com with your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If you are in a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority.

7. International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

8. The SecuraSail platform

SecuraSail (app.securasail.com) is our compliance automation platform. It requires an account, and use of the platform — including any data customers store in it — is governed by the subscription agreement, security documentation, and privacy notices provided within the platform or in a signed customer agreement. We treat customer data in SecuraSail as confidential, use it only to provide the service, and do not use customer compliance data to train models for other customers. Where our engagements involve regulated data, applicable terms (such as business associate or data processing agreements) are handled in the signed customer agreement.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn or other resources). Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies. This policy applies only to information collected by us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
